How much does shipping cost?
Shipping is 100% free.
Where do you ship your products from?
All our products are shipped from our own US warehouse. We will never have an item "dropshiped" to you from China or any other foreign country.
What shipping method do you use use?
The substantial majority of our shipments are transported through FedEx or UPS.
When will my item be shipped out?
After your order is placed, your order will be shipped within 24 hours (Monday-Friday)
How long will it take to receive my Order?
The average delivery transit time via Fedex or UPS is 2-4 business days after your order has been shipped.
What is your warranty?
All items come with a 90-day exchange warranty. Our warranty only covers manufacture defects and does not cover problems caused by the user.
I ordered a product and the price dropped. Can I get my item for the discounted price?
If you let us know before your product is shipped then we will honor the new price. If your item has been shipped from our warehouse, however, we cannot honor the new price.
I think I may have inadvertently placed a duplicate order. What should I do now?
Call customer service. We will void the order for you as long as it has not yet been invoiced or shipped.
How do I check the status of my order?
We will keep you informed of your order via e-mail. Your tracking number will be emailed to you once the item is shipped. You may also check our online order status page for live updates.
How to cancel an order?
Send email to firstname.lastname@example.org to cancel an order. You may cancel your order if your item has not been shipped. There is a 6% cancellation processing fee.
Do you accept changing order?
At this time we do not offer an exchange program. If you wish to exchange an order simply return it for a refund and place a new order on our website.
